Refund policy

LUSH AND LAVISH PROJECTS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping it.
  • Printed Book Orders (Ebook Delivery Clause): For printed book orders, an ebook version of the same title is provided immediately upon placing the order. Because the ebook is delivered instantly, cancellation requests for printed book orders will generally not be entertained, as the customer has already received the digital content associated with the purchase. In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, ₹999 will be deducted from the refund amount as the cost of the ebook already delivered, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer as per the standard refund timeline mentioned below.
  • LUSH AND LAVISH PROJECTS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their own end. This should be reported the same day of receipt of the product.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
  • In case of any refunds approved by LUSH AND LAVISH PROJECTS, it will take 9–15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

    All legal matter is subject to Aurangabad Maharashtra Jurisdiction
