At Lush and Lavish Projects, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our cancellation, return, and refund policy below.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will only be considered if made immediately after placing the order. We may not be able to honor a cancellation if the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and they have begun the shipping process.

Printed Book Orders (Ebook Delivery Clause)

For every printed book order, an ebook version of the same title is delivered instantly upon placing the order. Because this digital content is delivered immediately, cancellation requests for printed book orders will generally not be entertained, as the customer has already received the associated digital content.

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, ₹999 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of the ebook already delivered. The remaining balance will be refunded according to our standard refund timeline.

Perishable Items

We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, food, and similar goods. However, a refund or replacement will be considered if the customer can demonstrate that the quality of the delivered product was unsatisfactory.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team on the same day you receive the product. Your request will be processed once our merchant has inspected and confirmed the issue on their end.

Product Not as Described

If the product you received does not match what was shown on our website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and determine an appropriate resolution.

Products with Manufacturer's Warranty

For any complaints regarding products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by Lush and Lavish Projects, please allow 9–15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Governing Law

All legal matters relating to this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
